At WITR Perfume Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused fragrance bottles in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our fragrance concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused perfume in its original box and cellophane wrap, ensuring it is securely cushioned to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to WITR

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the product's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
